TRAUMA-INFORMED COACH | NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION | IDENTITY WORK

Meet Shambhavi Nagaraj

I know what it's like to understand your patterns and still feel stuck.

For a long time, I believed confidence was something I simply needed more of.

I grew up believing that I wasn't capable enough. Academic struggles, losing my father at a young age, and constantly feeling underestimated shaped the way I saw myself. I spent years trying to prove that I was enough—through achievement, perfection, and eventually through understanding myself.

When I discovered psychology, everything began to change.

For the first time, I could make sense of my experiences. I understood my patterns, recognised where they came from, and realised that many of the beliefs I carried were never truly mine to begin with.

But something still didn't make sense.

Even with all that awareness, there were moments when the same fears, doubts and emotional reactions continued to appear.

I knew the pattern.

I still couldn't always change it.

That question stayed with me for years.

The Shift

As I continued studying, working with clients, and exploring different approaches to healing, I realised that awareness was only part of the process.

The deeper turning point came when I experienced Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other body-based approaches.

For the first time, I understood that my body was holding onto experiences that my mind had already made sense of.

I wasn't lacking insight.

I was lacking internal safety.

That changed not only my own journey, but the way I work with every client.

BlossomnHeal began as confidence coaching.

Over time, it became clear that confidence was rarely the real issue.

When people feel safe within themselves, confidence, boundaries, clarity and aligned action naturally begin to grow.

The work was never about becoming more confident.

It was about creating the conditions that allow confidence to emerge naturally.

Why BlossomnHeal Exists

I created BlossomnHeal for people who are tired of feeling like they should be "further along."

People who have done the therapy.

  • Read the books.

  • Journaled.

  • Reflected.

Worked incredibly hard on themselves.

And still find themselves asking,

"Why does this keep happening?"

  • I don't believe they're broken.

  • I don't believe they need another mindset hack.

  • I believe they need a different relationship with themselves.

One built on awareness, nervous system safety, identity and compassionate integration.

That's the work we do together.

My Approach

Every person who comes to BlossomnHeal brings a unique story.

There is no one-size-fits-all process.

While my work is grounded in psychology, trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), identity work and reflective coaching, I believe the most important part of any session is the relationship we build together.

I aim to create a space where you don't need to perform, prove or hide parts of yourself.

  • A space where curiosity replaces judgement.

  • Where difficult conversations are welcomed.

  • Where growth happens with compassion rather than pressure.

  • Because lasting change doesn't come from trying harder.

  • It comes from feeling safe enough to live differently.

Beyond My Work

People often ask what I'm like outside of coaching.

The truth is, I'm deeply curious about people and the stories that shape them. That curiosity doesn't stop when I finish a session—it carries into how I live my own life.

I love travelling because every place teaches me a different way of seeing the world. I enjoy cooking, dancing, and recently I've been embracing a new fitness journey through the gym and badminton. I read because I believe growth begins with staying curious, and I'm always looking for ideas that expand the way I think about people, psychology and life.

I also have a playful side. I enjoy arcade games, shopping, trying new experiences, and spending time with the people I love.

More than anything, I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and understanding what has shaped them. Every conversation reminds me that no two journeys are ever the same—and that's one of the reasons I continue to love the work I do.

Because at the heart of BlossomnHeal is a belief that has guided me from the very beginning:

Every story matters.
